I got this very interesting Google Alert today! "'Eagle Cam' at zoo lets world watch eagles tend egg Associated Press - May 26, 2007 5:14 PM ET BLOOMINGTON, Ill. (AP) - A webcam set up at Bloomington's Miller Park Zoo allows anyone interested to watch two bald eagles as they tend their last surviving egg. Still photos are updated every minute. A female eagle named "Beauty" laid two eggs a few days apart during a brief visit from a wild eagle, presumed to be a male, that perched over the enclosure periodically over four days in late April. A captive male eagle named Mathata has been helping incubate the eggs. Neither eagle can fly because of injuries they received in separate accidents that led to their captivity. 1 of the eggs disappeared last week. The remaining egg could hatch this weekend."
