Well not having a proper nest didn't help, I'm sure. She may have laid eggs somewhere and they rolled off. Or possibly she was too young. What happens when they are too young anyway, do they just not lay eggs? We'll probably never know.
non avere un nido certo non aiuta, potrebbe aver fatto le uova e rotolate via oppure potrebbe essere troppo giovane

I see you are interested in the Australian falcons Emily and Frederick and their three eyases too.
I bet you all are green with envy as well. (I know I am )
I asked Robyn about the webcam she supposedly had installed. Turns out it was mis-interpreted by the journalist. (What's new . . . )
This is her (email)reply to me:
I send her the link to the video of the banding at Hamilton http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nN0OqPjADVk
I think the situation at Robyn's place is similar to this one and wanted her to get an idea of what could be expected if they decided to band the eyases.

Ahhh – we’ve learned here that the journalist doesn’t always print what we say – and this article they only got ONE thing wrong, compared to the other articles.
I said ‘we had been asked to put in a web cam’ in response to her asking ‘what had the various groups contacted me about?’
We don’t have a web cam. Sorry!
I think when the chicks leave will be the time to look at that option, as it would need three cameras to show them and you would need to get out on a ledge 11 stories up to do this.
We have talked to Australia Zoo today about banding the chicks – and their first response was that if it is a wild bird, they don’t band it. Even if it was brought into their animal hospital for treatment, they don’t band it. The lady is going to talk to the rest of her team, but that’s the story so far.
The video of the guy banding looks scary – and what we experience if we go out on any balcony of our apartment – sometimes even around the other side of the building!
Cheers, Robyn
